Move to approve an ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Colorado Springs pertaining to 0.41 acres located at 1222 North Academy Boulevard from R-5 and MX-M (Multi-Family High and Mixed-Use Medium Scale) to MX-M (Mixed-Use Medium Scale) for the purpose of providing notice and setting a public hearing date for May 27th, 2025, to consider the Sunnyside AA LLC (1222 North Academy Boulevard) zone change ordinance.

An ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Colorado Springs pertaining to 0.41 acres (17,857 square feet) located 1222 North Academy Boulevard from R5 and MX-M (Multi-Family High and Mixed-Use Medium Scale) to MX-M (Mixed-Use Medium Scale).
