Recommend approval to City Council the Zoning Map Amendment of 3.41 acres from PF/SS-O/AF-O (Public Facilities with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) to MX-M/SS-O/AF-O (Mixed-Use Medium Scale with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria for a Zoning Map Amendment as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
2. Motion to Deny
Recommend denial to City Council the Zoning Map Amendment of 3.41 acres from PF/SS-O/AF-O (Public Facilities with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) to MX-M/SS-O/AF-O (Mixed-Use Medium Scale with Streamside and United States Air Force Academy Overlays) based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Zoning Map Amendment as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
