Move to approve an ordinance vacating a portion of public right-of-way known as Holly Avenue and First Street consisting of 2.133 acres located northwest of the intersection at First Street and Lake Avenue for the purpose of providing notice and setting a public hearing date for August 26, 2025, to consider the Holly Avenue and First Street Vacation of Public Right-of-Way.
