Summary:
The Bradley Heights Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 2 and 3 (the "Districts") were approved for formation by the City in September 2005. The Districts are located southwest of the intersection of Bradley Road and South Marksheffel Road in City Council District No. 4. The Districts are within a Planned Development Zone (Ordinance 15-11) that allows for the development of a mixture of residential, commercial, schools, and park land uses. The site has been partially developed with single-family residential and contains an existing religious institution.

The subject request is to allow an additional permitted operations and maintenance service to be listed in Exhibit D of the service plan. Currently, the description of services includes a single service description which allows the Districts to provide maintenance of entry features, right-of-way landscaping, streetscapes, drainage and detention facilities, and two five-acre parks. The proposed amendment would add maintenance of internal alleyways located in particular locations to the services listed in Exhibit D of the service plan. There are no changes to maximum debt or operations, and maintenance mill levy with this amendment.

Due to the limited nature of the request, the review of the service plan is limited to the subject request and will be treated as a limited amendment.
