Move to approve an ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Colorado Springs pertaining to 3.50 acres located at 7410 Horseshoe Road from A/AP-O (Agriculture with Airport Overlay) to MX-M/AP-O (Mixed-Use Medium Scale with Airport Overlay) for the purpose of providing notice and setting a public hearing date for July 23, 2024 to consider the Shops at Woodmen zone change ordinance
