The City of Colorado is amending provisions in Chapter 3  in conjunction with Chapter 7 Unified Development Code (UDC) Sign Ordinance.  Revisions will reflect adding and adjusting language under the Revocable Permit provision of City Code Section 3.2.2

 

  Background: 

A companion measure of the proposed Chapter 7 UDC Sign Ordinance includes incidental revisions to provisions of City Code Chapter 3. The changes proposed under this concurrently considered ordinance modifies language under the Revocable Permit provisions of City Code Sections 3.2.2.

The changes are found in the following sections:

2.                     City Code Section (3.2.217)(D.)(2)

3.                     City Code Section (3.2.217)(D.)(2)(b)

4.                     City Code Section (3.2.217)(D.)(2)(c)

Adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 3 (Public Property and Public Works) of the Code of the City of Colorado Springs 2001, as amended, as related to signs.

 

Should the City Council wish to deny the City Code Text Amendment, the following motion is suggested.

 

Deny an ordinance amending Chapter 3 (Public Property and Public Works) of the Code of the City of Colorado Springs 2001, as amended, as related to signs.
