The issue to be discussed involves consultation with the City Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice and determining positions relative to negotiation regarding a litigation settlement in excess of $250,000 in El Paso District Court Case No. 2024CV30729, Estate of Canett v. Scott, et al. The President of Council shall poll the City Councilmembers, and, upon consent of two-thirds of the members present, may conduct a Closed Executive Session.
